Case Study: Same Again Please

If you find people you trust to do a good job – stick with them. That is what the family who live at the property featured here did. In 1998 they used us to install a bathroom at their house in Walkley. In 2006 they had two bathrooms and a kitchen at their next home in Broomhill replaced by us. The family recently moved to their current property – a fourbedroomed house in Ecclesall – and again asked us to update two bathrooms, cloakroom and the kitchen.

Kitchen and Downstairs Bathroom

The layout of the kitchen was altered to incorporate more integrated appliances and provide extra storage space. The cabinets are an attractive china blue. White Quartzstone worktops add to the light and airy feel. Beneath the window a modern Belfast-style sink has been incorporated into the design. Across from the range cooker there is a ‘peninsula’ that provides a snacking area to sit at.
In the hallway an old-fashioned cloakroom was replaced with a modern design, and tiled.

En-suite Shower

This area has been made much bigger by removing the bath and replacing it with a spacious showering cubicle that spans the width of the room. It is now easier to clean, with more storage.

Main Bathroom

This room has the same Mythos biancoand metallic tiling combination as the en-suite bathroom, and separate showering/bathing areas. Potware is from Sottini with a white quartz worktop and shelf.
